Be sure to place the workpiece stably to ensure the correct position before starting the leveling machine. For example, when leveling narrow steel, it should be placed in the center of leveling machine.

When the leveling machine is working, the staff shall not put their hands on the workpiece, and measurement or inspection are prohibited. The flatness of the workpiece can only be measured after shutdown.

For large workpieces, the operator cannot stand on the workpiece while running.

After starting the machine, hands and clothes should not be rolled into the roller table of leveling machine.

If abnormal noise is found during work, the worker should stop the machine immediately for inspection.
