Leveling machine, also known as straightening machine and leveling machine, is placed between the material rack (or cutting welding machine) and the feeding machine, and is used for leveling and feeding of coil. It is a commonly used equipment in plate processing. The shaping of leveller mainly depends on the thickness, material and requirements of the calibrated strip. The thicker the material is, the better the structural rigidity is required. The less the number of rollers, the larger the roll diameter and the greater the power (the width is fixed), and vice versa.
The leveller is a precise machine for correcting the defects of coiled materials or plates. There are some defects in cold rolled strip, such as curl mark, transverse bow, twist and edge warping. The curl mark and transverse bow mark are the defects caused by the rolling of strip.
This will make the outer appearance of the coil relative to the outer appearance, resulting in longitudinal tension. This kind of transverse contraction will result in transverse contraction. The defects of wide band material are corrugated edge, broken coil and intermediate wave.
The wavy edge and middle wave usually appear on the wide and thin strip. In the process of cold rolling, due to the deformation of the rolling mill, the thickness of some parts of the strip will be uneven. Therefore, the thinner sector will be a little longer than the thicker sector, which will generate "ripple" in the longer sector.
In order to get rid of the tension, the leveling process is necessary. The basic principle of roller leveling is to selectively stretch some parts of the strip, and the tensile force is higher than the yield point of the material, so as to obtain the basic average "fiber" length of the strip.
This is achieved by a series of up and down bending in a very small radius range when the material is determined for leveling machine. In this environment, the shorter "fiber" has a longer moving stroke. With the movement of the strip toward the exit of the machine, the bending range of the upper and lower parts gradually decreases, so as to eliminate the curvature caused by forced bending when entering the machine. When all the "fiber" length is basically uniform, the plate will become flat, that is, "leveling.".
The leveling machine is provided with an upper pressing die and a lower pressing die, wherein the upper pressing die is fixedly connected with the push rod of the hydraulic cylinder, the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the support frame, and the independent cooling water channels are respectively arranged in the upper and lower pressing dies, and the outlet and inlet of the cooling water channel are respectively located on the upper pressing die or the lower pressing die. The ratio of radius or center distance of at least the first five rolls from the entrance of leveller is the same as that of traditional leveller, and the ratio of radius or center distance of at least the last five rolls from the entrance of leveller is similar to that of crimp eliminator, and the advantage is that the center distance between intermediate rolls of leveller is increased. It can avoid the erosion of impurities on the cutting tool or tool blank while rapid quenching and cooling, so as to ensure the quality of the surface and hardness metallographic structure of the tool or tool blank, and avoid the pollution of cooling oil.
The specific configuration of the equipment can be determined according to the customer's requirements for the number and weight of the leveling machine. Generally, there are double 7, 9, 11 and 13 rollers, and there are generally four 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 rolls, and 6-fold 17 and 19 rolls.
The roll is made of wear-resistant forged steel. With the different width of the machine, each leveling roller is supported by one or more groups of idlers in its length direction, so that the diameter of the leveling roller can be reduced to the minimum, and the distance between the rollers will also be reduced. The idlers can be adjusted in vertical direction separately, so that they often support all loads. The surface of the roller has a standard machining finish, but for machines leveling aluminum plates, the surface of the roller is ground and polished. In addition, there are spiral grooves on the idler to gather the external ash particles. The leveling roller is equipped with scraping strip to scrape off the impurities adhered to the roller. The scraping impurities are sent to the front of the machine through the channel for collection and removal.
The leveller unit includes loading trolley, decoiler, pallet pressing device, six fold leveling host, tracking and shearing system, conveying lifting platform, double-layer pneumatic discharging rack, hydraulic lifting platform, unloading trolley, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The main components of the hydraulic system of the production line are Taiwan high-precision components, and the length tracking and shearing system is controlled by the full positioning servo system of Lenz company of Germany. The electrical control system adopts imported PLC program controller and touch screen.
